MCPC is a magical place to be a child or a parent! Founded in 1933, it's the oldest cooperative preschool in Oakland. Run as a non-profit, each year MCPC is operated by a supportive community of 25 families working together to facilitate our children's development. Escuela Bilingüe Internacional (EBI) is an independent, co-educational day school in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland, in the San Francisco Bay Area. The International Baccalaureate authorizes EBI to offer the Primary Years Programme and the Middle Years Programme.
