Wildflower Preschool is a neighborhood school that includes preschool and pre-K programs, serving children between the ages of 2 1/2-6 years old. At Wildflower Preschool, we foster the child as a scientist; always experimenting, exploring nature, testing their hypotheses and continually molding their view of the world in which they live. We support emergent curriculum, but incorporate periodic themes where we integrate several different learning areas including: Creative Curriculum, Science and Nature Exploration, Music and Movement, Sign Language, and Nutrition and Exercise. Our teachers enrich the environment daily to encourage child-directed exploration and sensorial learning. We take weekly field trips on our 14 passenger bus. We love to explore our community.
Exploring Minds Academy is a locally owned private early learning program for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We also provide a program for children K - 4th grade that offers Before & After care as well as a fun-filled, field trip rich Camp during School closures, Summer, Winter and Spring Breaks. Our child care center is located on a large lot with ample space for little ones to explore the world around them with time-tested play-based curriculum, taught by teachers with years and years of experience. We are an in-home Christian preschool located in Firestone, Colorado, in the Ridge Crest subdivision. We offer both full and part-time programs for 3-5 year olds with wrap-around care that prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. We are one of only a few preschools in the Northern Colorado/Denver area to achieve a Level 4 rating from Colorado Shines Early Learning and Education Program Our curriculum is play-based with themes that support our learning. Language, social interaction, fine and gross motor skills, math, science and character values are a part of our daily routine. Enrichment classes (including music, gymnastics and additional classes) and field trips are also an intricate part of our time together. Here at Little Blessing Preschool, we believe in learning through social interaction with peers, teacher and self-led age appropriate activities, and discovery of the world around us through exploration.
