Trettin Early Learning Center provides a quality child care experience for the whole family. Our belief is that all families deserve to have excellent child care. We strive to do just that! Low child teacher ratios, learning through play, family events, parent and staff education opportunities. We prioritize enrollment for low income families receiving subsidy. We also have a limited amount of scholarships available.
At Orange Tea School, it starts with the heart! We believe that emotional intelligence is the foundation upon which all other intelligences are built and that preschool is the key time for instilling feelings of empowerment and empathy. Through imaginative play children naturally explore and practice these concepts on their own. Woven into our curriculum are tools and practices for expanding awareness and emotional resiliency. Rooted in the rich pedagogues of Waldorf and Montessori we branch out to include many cutting-edge modalities including Multiple Intelligences and EFT. Our child-led, integrated curriculum offers daily opportunities for small and large group activities with plenty of time for self directed play. Daily connection with nature is a core commitment in our program. Respect and responsibility for one's environment is a quality of joy to be inspired rather than a skill to be taught.
QA Kids School is the cheeriest playspace in the city! We run a preschool in the mornings and a drop-in PlayLab in the afternoons. Our PlayLab is for ages 1-9 and offers super affordable child supervision for parents for up to four hours. Your child can work on a project that we provide, play one of our many board games, enjoy our toys reserved especially for the PlayLab kiddos, and, on nice days, have a blast on our brand new playground. Our Montessori-based preschool is led by a team of certified teachers who truly enjoy working with the children in their care and who act out of kindness and empathy first when interacting with the children. We are a French-Immersion Preschool, serving children ages 3 to 5 from 9am to 1pm. We believe children learn best in an environment where active learning is key, with hands-on activities and a big focus on outdoor education.
