Here at Trompo EL Cordero Mexican Grill we are constantly working to provide the best authentic Mexican food in the Pacific Northwest. We are commonly known for our trompo of al pastor meat, which gives us our name, this form of cooking makes for the perfect tacos especially when topped with pineapple and paired with grilled onions or jalapenos. We also grill our own chicken and cook our carnitas right here for all the customers to see and enjoy every week, which can be sold individually but more commonly sold as the meat option for our menu items. We also take great pride in our homemade Aguas frescas, champurrado and our deliciously spicy salsas made to enjoy with all of our menu items.
We are a Mexican taqueria, serving up street food made the right way just like like in Mexico streets. Some dishes are unique to different regions of Mexico, like the enchiladas de mole which is an icon and the mole sauce directly from Oaxaca. Huaraches and gordian from Distrito Federal and so much more to offer for every different taste buds.
