Farmer and the Beast is a Portland food cart serving smash burgers, seasonal salads, and sandwiches at Breakside Brewery in downtown Beaverton. Our smash burgers come on Franz Bakery buns, and our sandwiches — including the cult favorite Beast of the Sea Oregon albacore — are served on Grand Central Bakery bread. Seasonal farm-to-table salads feature produce from Oregon growers like Our Table Farms and Pablo Munoz Farm, with Oregon albacore available as a salad addition. Fried Chicken, and the fresh Kennebec fries punched in-house daily. Featured in Portland Monthly's Best Burgers in Portland and named among the best food carts by Eater Portland.
