Small World Child Care is a licensed Mandarin Immersion Family Child Care located in Sunset Area! This is a safe, healthy and educational small world! We provide nutritious meals including breakfast, snacks, and lunch. Children will communicate in Mandarin daily. They will also develop their social, emotional, cognitive and physical skills in our friendly and playful environment! Small World Child Care's provider is a highly qualified preschool teacher who has been teaching preschool more than 10 years. She is currently holding a Child Development Site Supervisor Permit.

the Modern PlaySpace has expanded into our new space as of November 2023, five minutes from our previous location in SOMA SF. We are a licensed early childhood development and special education (birth to second grade) bilingual language immersion childcare that is safe and clean for children. We specialize in working with both typically developing children and children who have special needs. We offer playgroups in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. At MPS, the teachers and therapists focus on the children's overall well being, child development, and their ability to learn through play. We focus on the child as a whole and support their needs in their development in any way possible. These include their cognitive, language, social-emotional, gross/fine motor, and self-help skills. We truly care about our children and help encourage their exploration their play.

Our Yerba Buena Gardens Child Development Center offers full-time infant and toddler care for children ages 3 months to 3 years and Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool for children ages 3 to 5 years. Each of our six classrooms is warm and welcoming, furnished with carefully selected materials and equipment. Our outdoor space includes two generous play areas, age-appropriate play structures, and several gardens. Much of our teaching staff hold bachelor's or higher degrees in early childhood education or child development, or certificates in early childhood education. To support our teachers, we give them one hour of daily prep time and a classroom budget for materials. We also encourage them to continue their professional development through workshops and other training. Both infant and toddler and preschool programs include various activities to foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
