We are a Christian church in downtown Portland with members from all walks of life who all have discovered the grace and love of God and the forgiveness of their sins through simply trusting in the Lord Jesus to save. We gather each Sunday morning to be with each other, pray together, sing together, and to explore what God has said to us through His Word, the Bible. Sundays, 10 AM, on the corner of SW 12th & Clay in downtown Portland, OR. For over 40 years Southwest Church of Christ has been a haven of peace, faith and community in Portland's suburban area. With weekly services, outreach programs and youth services; the mission of the church is to provide a place of spiritual growth, learning and community to it's congregation. An interesting ministry of the church is the Breakfast, where teenagers from the local high school come to have a healthy hearty meal, while interacting with the community and seeking spiritual guidance from the community.
