Operation Aware is a Tulsa based non-profit that equips youth, through prevention education, with the knowledge and skills to make positive life choices. Our 8-week curriculum is taught by professional educators in area classrooms. We reach more than 20,000 students a year and prepare them to deal with issues related to peer pressure, alcohol, tobacco and drug use, bullying and the many issues that are impacting youth of today.
Emergency Infant Services is a non-profit organization assisting over 17,000 infants and toddlers each year with basic needs items such as diapers, baby formula, and food. Funded through the generosity of the community, staff and volunteers work together to make sure that infants and toddlers have the essentials they need. We have no waiting periods or income qualifiers, operating on the theory that a hungry child cannot wait.
