Drop off services are also available as well as home site visits if necessary. Periodic hearing instrument cleaning and evaluation services are available at no charge. Walk in visits have always been a staple component of this business and Carol is available Monday - Thursday from 9am to 4pm for scheduling appointments, dropoffs, and pickups. Jacqueline's hours are are Monday - Thursday from 1-3 pm and by appointment.

It’s the only community resource in Santa Barbara County offering free, short-term loans of durable medical equipment (DME) like wheelchairs and walkers. Serving over 4,000 residents annually, the Loan Closet saves usable DME from ending up in the landfill and saves the community more than $1 million each year. The program relies on donations, with all equipment sanitized and refurbished. VNA Health staff ensure proper fitting and use of the DME, with clients often expressing deep appreciation for the service.
