My goal as a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist is to hold a safe space to help promote synergy in the body through various therapeutic techniques. Decreased muscle pain and tension, improved posture, increased body awareness, and stimulation of blood circulation can be achieved through manual manipulation of the fascia, and other tissues. Each session is uniquely personalized based on the clients needs to help them relax, relieve pain and bring the body back into homeostasis. My passion to help others has allowed me to go through my own journey of self awareness and healing. Although pain or discomfort may feel inevitable at times, we can take steps to promote positive health.
