Rooted & Restored Yoga, Massage & Bodywork is a solo wellness practice based in Eugene, Oregon, offering Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, and Thai massage along with private yoga sessions. With nearly two decades of bodywork experience, I bring a grounded, personalized approach to every session — helping clients slow down, restore, and reconnect with their bodies. I also teach hot vinyasa classes at Balanced Hot Yoga in downtown Eugene.
My goal is to make massage therapy feel good, and be effective. Whether it is an ongoing chronic condition, a desire to relax deeply, or to embody yourself more fully, structural bodywork is a connective tissue therapy which realigns the body in a more efficient and balanced way, reducing or eliminating pain and increasing overall ease of movement. This is a myofascial approach which features more grip and mobilization of tissue. You can compare it to deep tissue massage, but without being hard or painful. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and preferences. I bring to each client in my practice the utmost respect and attention, listening deeply to understand what brings them to me, and how I can be of service.
