My philosophy of life encapsulates the following: Authenticity at any cost. In every experience, achieving a situation that is life giving. Awareness of our connection to all things. Grounded roots in the importance of looking at the whole situation. Considering all things as a 'whole'. Sharing knowledge, empowering and inspiring others. I bring this to my therapeutic body work and massage practice and hope that your experience is one of wholeness. My mission statement to you is: To create and maintain a partnership with clients-staying true to the principles of healing. To provide a safe and nurturing environment in which each session brings about profound relaxation, stress management and preventive wellness. And yes, Bliss!
