Richmond Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics on Right Flank Road in Mechanicsville is a pediatric dentist and orthodontist in one practice. Kids come to us for checkups, cleanings, fillings and sealants, and the same families come back when it's time for braces or Invisalign. Our pediatric dentists, Dr. Raymonia Eddleton, Dr. Sarah Yi and Dr. Rachel Thornton, work only with babies, kids and teens. That includes kids with special needs and kids who get nervous at the dentist. First visits can start around the first birthday, and we keep things slow and explained in words kids understand. Dr. Payton Cook, our orthodontist, sees patients at this office for early orthodontic checks, braces and Invisalign. Parents can get their own orthodontic treatment here too, so the whole family is seen in one place. We're privately owned and have cared for Richmond-area families for over 100 years. We accept Virginia Medicaid for children's dental care through Cardinal Care Smiles, DentaQuest and Doral.
