Michael J. Bercik Jr., MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon in Lancaster, PA whose practice focuses exclusively on the shoulder, including rotator cuff tears, shoulder arthritis and replacement, instability and dislocation, frozen shoulder, AC joint separations, and fractures. He practices within Lancaster Orthopedic Group, affiliated with Penn State Health, with offices in Lancaster, Ephrata, and Mount Joy, PA. Dr. Bercik completed fellowship training in orthopedic trauma and two international shoulder and elbow fellowships, and is first author of the modified Walch glenoid classification used in shoulder replacement planning worldwide.
