My coaching focuses on working closely with adults and families who are living with a loved ones addiction, who suffer with childhood trauma, mental, physical and verbal abuse, single parents, and codependent personalities. Living with a loved one who has an addiction problem is not living. Walking on eggshells all of the time is not living. Depression, anxiety, shock, denial, guilt and shame start to take over which affect us as adults. You do not have to suffer alone or in silence. Together we can start over!

As children, most of us are not taught the proper tools to manage our complex internal world so instead, we do whatever means necessary to survive our environments the best ways we know how. In this, we learn patterns, negative beliefs and other maladaptive ways of being and we grow accustomed to them, not knowing that it is them that is causing our suffering. My name is Tiffany and thru somatic healing, I coach people to remember their truth outside of all the stories and patterns that were LEARNED in their effort to survive. Instead, I help you to use your body as a tool for getting to the root of healing as well as develop a loving and compassionate relationship within yourself. One that forms new pathways of being. This is a journey of remembering the self as WHOLE and OWNING your personal power, which was always there! This looks like: Using somatic (soma- body) to get in relationship with the body and use it as the most powerful tool for healing, inner child work to go back to the root, understanding emotions and learning tools how to be with them so they don't take control of your life, getting curious about stories, habits, patterns and learning whats actually true, using mindset work to overcome blocks etc. I teach a more conscious existence that is filled with more of the things you love and less of the things that unconsciously run your life. "Until you make the unconscious, conscious, it will rule your life and you will call it fate" - Carl Jung
