Welcome to Coaching For Creativity! Our clients have one powerful motivation: to discover the oneness of success and wellness. Helping you meet the one central challenge of living successfully and well is what we offer. Through active listening, powerful questions, attunement with life exercises, wellness guidelines, and photography meditations we help you discover the one powerful result of you Being you: more wellness and creativity. My vision includes a deep desire to incorporate my love of attunement (non-touch healing, a lifestyle that is genuinely wholistic and spiritually alive) with my passion for being a life purpose/wellness coach and my love of photography. For me, photography includes seeing the world anew and connecting people to a vision and experience of wholeness and purpose. I wish to share the unique essence of these passions with my coaching, attunement clients, and friends to uplift them.
My path has always been one of deep exploration—of self, human connection, and the unseen threads that shape our lives. With a background in Human Development and Consumer Science, I’ve spent decades studying transformation, resilience, and healing. I’m a trained Holistic Healer and Shaman, initiated under the Desert Shaman in Santa Fe, NM, with over 10 years of apprenticeship in shamanic practice. As a certified Death Doula, I offer compassionate guidance through life’s sacred transitions. My work blends ancient wisdom with modern tools—shamanic journeying, angel and tarot readings, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), certified under Jon Kabat-Zinn. Rooted in mindfulness, Gestalt therapy, and ancestral traditions, I empower others to awaken, heal, and transform. As a former Division I athlete and two-time All-American, I understand that true strength is found in stillness, surrender, and inner mastery. I help athletes and individuals alike unlock their highest potential through mental coaching and spiritual alignment. With 20+ years of entrepreneurial experience and a strong family foundation, I bring both practical and spiritual guidance to those navigating change. I offer mentorship, life coaching, chakra healing, inner child work, meditation, somatic healing, and soul-centered support to those seeking clarity, connection, and empowerment. You are more than your struggles—my mission is to help you reclaim your power and walk your path with purpose.
