Kama Hurley specializes in the treatment of stress, anxiety and trauma through psychotherapy utilizing CBT, mindfulness and EMDR strategies. Short-term intensive treatment is preferred to help clients return to a joyful life as quickly as possible. Kama also provides coaching to clients who are focused on present and future goals that are not related to mental health. This coaching focuses on targeting thoughts and emotions that are creating mindset blocks that are creating difficulty in achieving goals. For more information on the differences in coaching and therapy, please visit our website and/or book a clarity call. These are very different services and are treated as such.
