I’m a licensed Integrative Nutritionist trained in over 100 dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. I am also a licensed Foot Zone Practitioner. We also offer breathwork classes and deep flow stretch classes.

Body Basics
Function Movement is at the core of everything we do. With each client we meet, we begin with the functional Movement Screen (FMS) to assess and understand each clients movement patterns, limitations and goals. From there, we develop a customized safe personal training program that will progress each client at their own speed based on what they want to accomplish. We've helped people lose weight, gain muscle mass, and even get fit after an injury. We've also worked with people that were intimidated to go into a gym, aging and worried about losing muscle mass, clients who lacked mobility and flexibility in their joints, and new comers to working out. With experience with all age groups and fitness levels, we're a great choice for personalized fitness. Our areas of practice and focus are private personal training, semi-private personal training, functional movement screening (FMS), remote personal training, and nutrition coaching!
