I'm a Registered Nurse, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. My passion is helping women struggling with weight, low energy, brain fog see that health problems including excess weight are not a personal failure but a sign their body is out of balance. I strongly believe the Lord created our bodies to function well, and when they don't, there IS a reason. My approach helps women identify what's sabotaging weight loss by identifying areas of imbalance and giving them the tools to restore it.
