Courageous Living was born from my own journey through trauma, loss, and depression. I spent years searching for healing that truly lasted—something that touched both my heart and my spirit. What I discovered is that real transformation happens when we honor the whole self: mind, body, and soul. That belief inspired me to create a space where emotional healing meets spiritual truth. As a Life Coach and Psychic Medium, I bridge the practical and the intuitive. My background includes a Master’s in School Counseling and training at The Vitalist School of Psychospiritual Transformation, where I learned how psychology and spirituality intertwine. My sessions blend coaching, intuitive guidance, and energy work to help clients heal from trauma, release old patterns, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. What makes Courageous Living unique is authenticity. I don’t offer quick fixes or false positivity—I meet clients with honesty, compassion, and respect for their process. Our bodies signal their needs daily, yet many of us have been conditioned to disregard these vital alerts. The pervasive sentiment expressed by some practitioners—that symptoms are merely imaginative or inconsequential—is all too familiar. Yet, it is my body, and I know when something is amiss. There is a compelling need for collaboration in understanding and addressing health concerns. I currently serve as a Natural Health Educator. In this capacity, while I do not diagnose conditions, I provide clients with informed recommendations based on natural remedies such as dietary adjustments and the therapeutic use of essential oils.
