I believe that people can transform their lives through holistic nutrition and I have dedicated my life, in a panoply of ways, to helping them do so. Guiding people to be healthier & dis-ease-free, able to experience more joy in life without the extra burden of illness is where my training in medicine, psychiatry, mental healthcare, public health, preventative health, motivational interviewing, integrative nutrition & health and wellness coaching allows me to be successful to taking a truly holistic approach. I meet each client where they are in the process of change and let the client lead the way by placing his or her goals at the center of the treatment.
