As a Postpartum doula I assist families after birth, offering guidance on newborn care and helping with household tasks, fostering a smooth transition into parenthood and while giving the family a safe space to heal emotionally and physically.

I work with families to identify what type of support they need. As a postpartum doula my first priority is to insure that the new mother is well rested and relaxed, and to assist her with breastfeeding and bonding with her baby. I bring nurturing and care to the new family, and try to lighten the loud the new parents inevitably feel. I am experienced with multiples and preemies, so i can help your family get off to a great start whatever your unique situation might be.
