I believe giving birth is a deep and sacred Rite of Passage that is deeply personal. As a postpartum doula, I provide both emotional reassurance and practical care — from feeding support and baby care to nourishing meals, light household help, and giving parents space to rest and bond. I also offer private childbirth education, tailored to parents and families preparing to welcome another child. My approach is to meet the parents where they're at, to respect their individuality and find what they truly need to feel safe while giving birth. During our 2 prenatal meetings, we uncover your birth preferences and rehearse your birth. I join your birth when you are in active labor and am in contact with you virtually during early labor. I offer massage, counter pressure, aroma therapy, coaching and visualization to support you through labor. I also have experience in hypnobirthing and hypnobabies.
