As a Midwife in San Diego, Birth Matters goal is to assist the birthing couple through their journey of pregnancy, labor, birth and throughout the sometimes challenging yet fulfilling postpartum period. By servicing San Diego and its surrounding County as well as the Temecula area, we support each individual with a holistic approach through these natural processes. We assist and encourage each family to seek out the information they need to make the right choices to have a Home Birth for their personal individualized care.

As a licensed midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in San Diego, I provide gentle, personalized lactation care that meets you where you are. Whether its preparing for breastfeeding during pregnancy, navigating those first latches, or finding solutions when feeding doesn't go as planned. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and deeply care for as you nourish your baby and step into motherhood.

Robin offers mentoring to train new specialists in the art of Placenta Encapsulation. Mentoring is available in person or via Skype.
