As a birth doula, I specialize in creating a positive birthing environment for mother's and their partners. I work with them to assist in techniques to help speed a labor along. I'm trained in peanut ball, spinning babies and have experience working with several types of high risk patients and complications that may make the delivery harder. I've lived long enough to understand the importance of having a voice and a choice in pregnancy, labor and delivery. I am a mom of 4 adult children, I have 11 littles. Seeing the next generations come into the world and bringing the support care and strength to families is one of my greatest joys. I love to learn and share information that allows families to have a wonderful birth experience.

I am a postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, and mother of two girls. After spending 10 years as a childcare provider and experiencing postpartum with my two children, I recognized a need for more specialized support to families through the postpartum period. I enjoy empowering parents to feel confident as they navigate their recovery from birth and learn how to best meet the needs of their babies and themselves. I am experienced in caring for newborn twins and helping an older sibling(s) adjust to life with a new baby. I have a calming presence and easily adapt to the changing needs of life with a newborn.
