Whether you are planning on having an unmedicated birth, home birth, hospital birth, plan on using an epidural or even having a planned C-Section, I am here to support and empower you and your family through the remainder of your pregnancy and during labor. If you desire one on one care then a doula is perfect for you! My number one job as your doula is to support you completely and without bias. When the birthing person feels supported their need for medical interventions and pain medications drops drastically and therefore their need for cesarean also drops. Outside of support, I am also here to help with natural pain management and to help your partner learn these skills as well so we can work together as a team!
