As a birth doula, I offer unconditional, non-judgmental support and encouragement to the laboring woman, her partner and/or family throughout labor, delivery, and after childbirth. After baby arrives you can rely on me during those crucial first moments as a family.  I will take care of household duties, diaper changes, and soothing baby so you can get some much-needed rest.

Hypnobabies is a very successful 6 week, 3 hours per week, complete childbirth education course. It teaches self-hypnosis and hypno-anesthesia to help women create much shorter, easier and comfortable labors, making childbirth the joyful experience it was meant to be.
