My role is to help you give birth with dignity and respect and to have the postpartum care you need as you nurture your new baby. My goal to offer you evidence-based education, help you make empowered choices, and give you and your family non-judgmental support throughout your birth and postpartum period with kindness and compassion. My birth doula services are available for all people, regardless of the birth experience you desire. I work in all local hospitals & birth centers and assist at homebirths. I support people who are seeking unmedicated childbirth, vaginal birth after a Cesarean birth (VBAC), who are planning to have an epidural, who are high-risk for any reason, who giving birth to twins or triplets, & who are having a planned Cesarean birth. I am comfortable with any choices that you make and will support you non-judgmentally and unconditionally. I have extensive experiences and I can assist you in planning for the birth experience that you would like.
