Sweet Caroline's offers 50+ flavors of New Orleans-style snowballs in the Austin, TX market. New Orleans is the home of snowballs, and we at Sweet Caroline's do our best to provide the same quality snowballs one can find there. We purchase all of our machinery and flavor concentrates from local New Orleans businesses. One might ask, "What is a snowball, and how is it different from a snow cone?" Our snowballs are light, fine and fluffy; a dramatic contrast to a granular snow cone... there IS a difference! The famous SnoWizard machine creates ice that absorbs the flavored syrup instead of it draining directly to the bottom of the cup. Our flavors range from the classic bubble gum, cherry and strawberry to the more exotic dill pickle, red velvet cake, and Pink Lady (a New Orleans staple and favorite, consisting of nectar and cream). We offer numerous specials, such as the namesake "Sweet Caroline" and "Incredible Hulk".
