Known as a major part of the Western Space and Missile Center, the Space Launch Complex (SLC-10) is a blockhouse which is used for testing programs. With the great electrical equipments used, the blockhouse is a place where the dangers of the vehicle failures are held off. Standing still in a great condition, the Space Launch Complex 10 is a great example that is still in existence in America.

Casa de la Guerra was the former home of José de la Guerra y Noriega. With close to 13 rooms, the expansive house was rightfully termed as casa grande as it seemed to be the biggest house amidst other structures of the locale. Today, this place is a functional historic museum, and the building is a part of the California Historical Landmark and the National Register of Historic Places.
