The Point Bonita Lighthouse stands as a historically significant lighthouse site. It is precisely situated on the Point Point Bonita at the San Francisco Bay, in close proximity to Sausalito in California. Moreover constructed by utilizing cement and brick elements, the lighthouse was built in 1855. The site was first lit in the year 1877. Towering a massive 124 foot (38 meters) above sea level and 33 foot (10 meters) above the ground, the lighthouse occupies a prominent place. It stands listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
