Charlie Vettiner Park is one of the city's major recreation and leisure zones. This tiny speck of green in the city of Louisville, provides a healthy albeit momentary break from the daily hustle and bustle. While it is best known for its 18-hole golf course and disc golf area, the park also contains soccer fields, a children's playground and picnic spots, that make it a hit amongst those looking for some competitive sporting action.
