Bailey said the clock starts when the crew arrives and ends when the job is complete.

Shannon Reed said they "started with $75 and a dream" 10 years ago, renting a truck for the first year and a half and relying on their two sons to help with the business. The company built a fleet of 11 trucks and 20 movers, but in September of 2022, Hurricane Ian "took all 11 trucks" and forced some employees to seek new opportunities elsewhere, Reed said.
