If you’ll be storing items for a short period, then securely packing and protecting your goods from damp or wet is the main concern. What's different about condo and apartment moving in Florida?

For a smooth move into or out of a condo or apartment, make a plan ahead for stairs — some companies will charge extra for stairs, and all of them will need to take the number of stairs into account when they staff your move. If your building has an elevator, reach out to the super or management company well in advance to find out if you need to reserve the elevator or if you’ll be restricted in the times you can use it. Many buildings will also require a notice period so they can prepare the elevator for your use with pads and protection. Do you need moving permits or licenses to move in Florida?
