My goal is to Empower Your Decisions with Facts. I also specialize in foundation inspections that go beyond the requirements established by TREC guidelines. The client will not only receive the required TREC REI 7-6 report with my observations and opinion of the foundation’s performance, but additionally a CAD drawing of the foundation indicating elevation changes from an established base point. This document will serve as a baseline for future measurements should another evaluation be warranted. In addition, I offer the inspection of pools/spa's, detached buildings and sprinkler systems, or inspections of single system components.

We specialize In residential and commercial real estate inspections. Our inspection reports include digital photos of all deficiencies that are found as well as photographs of all major components in the house. Inspections are performed six days per week Monday through Saturday. You will receive your inspection report at the time of the inspection.
