Before my career in real estate, I worked for 10 years as a paralegal at a construction litigation law firm in San Francisco. I am a believer in addressing issues as they come up and to take corrective action as soon as possible. I am excellent at keeping clients up-to-date on the transaction and I always tell my clients the hard news, even if they do not want to hear it. I strive to be as upfront and available as needed during the escrow process. I know personally what it is like to wait by the phone to hear if your offer has been accepted and I do not lose sight that it is the client who is either buying or selling, not me.
