Lived in Seattle for 8 years and moved back to Spokane in the summer of 2006 with my lovely wife Tracy. I truly enjoy helping people obtain a home loan and work through the whole process. I, figuratively speaking, hold my clients' hand through the whole lending process, because buying a home can be scary, but it does not have to be. I allow my borrowers to call me anywhere from 8 AM to 8 PM at night (Monday through Saturday) and Sunday 1 PM - 8 PM. I attend 98% of the signings so my clients know that someone they can trust will be their advocate even at the closing table. Even after the keys are exchanged, I stay in touch to make sure after the fact that there are no questions that go unanswered.
