Our specialty items include: Smoked Par fried chicken wings, Chicken Leg quarters, Smoked meatloaf, 3 lb. pork steaks, Blackened pork steaks, Hand made pizza crusts. All our sandwiches are unique as well. We smoke all our turkeys, hams, top rounds, and top them with "gringo" cheese. We truly pride ourselves with a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. We are casual dining located in South County area. Our dry rub ribs spare ribs are the best in town. Please come in and join us for the great food and stay for the fun. We have happy hour from 3-6 Pm Monday-Friday. All Military people receive a 10% discount. We are located right by Jefferson Barracks Park.

This is a great place to go for late-night dining or a delicious breakfast. The diner has a 1950s decor scheme, with booths and seating at the bar. Some people like to eat at the diner with friends just so they can play songs on the jukebox; you get a full 11 songs for 1 Dollar. It is located near Forest Park at Hampton and Highway 40. Breakfast choices include pancakes, French toast and cereal. The lunch and dinner menu includes the restaurant's famous chili-mac, burgers, ham and cheese, fish, chicken, steaks and pasta.

The Civil Life Brewing Company

Built inside what once used to be a warehouse, The Civil Life Brewing Company has made the space more civilized and turned it into a pub. Brewed onsite, the ten beers on tap cover all the bases: there's a Prairie Pilsner, a Black Ale, an English Pale Ale, and more. Munch on pretzels filled with goat cheese while you play a board game from their selection. They don't accept credit cards, so come prepared with cash.
