Located in the historic and posh La Posada Resort & Spa, this restaurant is named after Julia Staab, a prominent socialite who resided on the property when it was developed in 1882. According to local legend, Julia loved this property so much, she never left. Nonetheless, the entire property is magnificent, and the adobe architecture still retains many original features. The outdoor patio exudes elegance under the sun and service is always attentive. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the recipes highlight Mexican, American and local traditional cuisine. Additionally, Julia provides a tapas menu as well with classic Spanish ones like Croquettes, Patatas Bravas, Serrano Ham, etc.
