AKA "Broken Rice" Our Vietnamese restaurant is known for our charbroiled meats which is seasoned in our house special marinade from pork chops, to short ribs, to chicken, to sliced beef, and to sliced pork, it is served with either broken rice(white steamed rice) or salad noodle bowl or salad noodle patty wraps. We also have egg-rolls and many types of spring rolls. We DO NOT have PHO, instead we serve a pork and chicken based soup that is served with either rice noodle, egg noodle, or clear noodle with your choice of meats from pork, chicken, or seafood.
