Juliette's Cafe' & Coffee Culture is a culmination of over 25 years in the food industry combining everything we have done into one location. We source as much as we can locally, we roast our own coffee in house on a state of the art Bellwether Roaster that is a completely self contained electric roaster with no exhaust resulting in the lowest carbon emissions coffee. Our hood exhaust goes through a Pollution Control Unit eliminating the majority of smoke and smell into the environment. Our pastries are baked in house every morning with Juliette at the helm. Our Executive Chef Daniel Hyatt has been with us since 2012 creating an elevated breakfast and lunch experience where meats are brined in-house and even the potato chips are made on site. We are creating an environment where everyone is welcome in a local hang out!
