The shop showcases the signature all butter crust by Executive Chef Gan Suebsarakham, with a rotating menu of sweet and savory pies made in-house daily. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, the menu features a variety of pies from slices, whole pies, hand pies to classic individual pot pies. Pop Pie Co.'s menu is globally inspired, with influence from Australia, Europe and Asia finding its way into specialty pies. Each Pop Pie Co. location serves as a community hangout, with communal seating and a specialty coffee bar to help you wake up in the morning.
Located at the Irvine Company's UCI Research Park Campus, Herb & Ranch is a casual multi-dining concept by celebrated chef Brian Malarkey that will serve the campuses 8,000 employees for breakfast and lunch. Serving numerous culinary options from five stations, Herb & Ranch looks like a traditional food hall but operates like a fast-casual concept where diners order from the station of their choice and pay at a central register. Herb & Ranch will provide the neighboring Irvine office parks with a wide-variety of breakfast and lunch options and a constantly changing menu, helping them avoid menu fatigue as their work week unfolds
