The iconic Wagner's Pharmacy dates back to the year 1922. Found on South 4th Street, it was set up by Leo Wagner who purchased the erstwhile Hagen's Pharmacy. Wagner was employed at Hagen's from his early teenage days. The pharmacy/inn had a humble start as a neighborhood venue frequented by budding writers and jockeys. For decades, it has welcomed horse-riders and trainers from the downside region. For breakfast, diners can relish its reasonably-priced bacon, sausages, biscuits and egg preparations. It also offers a full lunch menu comprising flavorsome sandwiches, burgers, salads and soups.
