Housed in an industrial-chic space, Chimera Café is a good place to catch up over breakfast. Wooden and brick walls enclose the dining space and are adorned with quirky paintings. Some of the pillars have been wrapped with tea lights, enhancing their look. You can dine in the main room or at the outdoor patio. The café serves delicious coffee that is sourced from some of the finest local roasters. You can also choose from a variety of beers, fruit juices, liquors, and cocktails. The menu features tacos, pastries, sandwiches, salads, soups, and smoothies. A lot of the food items on the menu are vegan and vegetarian-friendly, and they can make any dish gluten-free, too.
Kickstart your day nutritious dishes served at the Dilly Diner. Take your pick from a list of dishes like the Frittata of the Day, Breakfast Tacos, BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos or the Chicken Fried Steak. These can be paired with cold drinks or tea/coffee beverages. The ambiance of the restaurant will transport one back in time as it is decorated with plush American style booth seating.
