Chimera
Housed in an industrial-chic space, Chimera Café is a good place to catch up over breakfast. Wooden and brick walls enclose the dining space and are adorned with quirky paintings. Some of the pillars have been wrapped with tea lights, enhancing their look. You can dine in the main room or at the outdoor patio. The café serves delicious coffee that is sourced from some of the finest local roasters. You can also choose from a variety of beers, fruit juices, liquors, and cocktails. The menu features tacos, pastries, sandwiches, salads, soups, and smoothies. A lot of the food items on the menu are vegan and vegetarian-friendly, and they can make any dish gluten-free, too.
We are open 7 days per week for breakfast (served all day), lunch, and dinner. We have more than 100 dishes--almost all of which are traditional American fare--and are well-known for our big breakfasts and big entrees such as our chicken-fried steak and Fat Boy cheeseburgers. We are also very proud to share that we have enjoyed numerous awards over the years, including Tulsa's Best Diner, Tulsa's Best Breakfast, and Tulsa's Best Cinnamon Rolls
Located in downtown Tulsa, The Tavern was designed to be a modern take on the classic neighborhood pub. As such, the dark wood bar serves as the centerpiece of the pub, and the drink menu here is filled with unique cocktail like the bacon-infused Old Fashioned. The menu is filled with gourmet pub food options, like the roasted root vegetable pot pie. For a special experience, a Chef's Table is available, where you dine in the restaurant's kitchen and enjoy a five course tasting menu paired with wines.
Kickstart your day nutritious dishes served at the Dilly Diner. Take your pick from a list of dishes like the Frittata of the Day, Breakfast Tacos, BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos or the Chicken Fried Steak. These can be paired with cold drinks or tea/coffee beverages. The ambiance of the restaurant will transport one back in time as it is decorated with plush American style booth seating.
