A diner with all the fixings. d'Eggs Diner serves breakfast dishes all day. The diner is usually very busy, but it's with good reason. Bay Benedict, Hollywood Special, Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast and Sausage or Bacon Omelette are just some of the delectable options on the menu. Wash down a hearty meal with a beverage from the menu. Hot Chocolate, fresh juices and even a few cocktails are featured on the menu. Toast
David Hausmann and John Porter's latest venture takes the humble toast and gives it all kinds of delicious avatars. Located in the old Buddy Baker building that has now been transformed into a cozy, warm space with the use of large windows, wood, and exposed bricks, the restaurant has a fully-stocked bar in the center and a few tables, with a brick wall separating the dining area from the kitchen. The bar serves a decent variety of draft beers, cocktails, wines, tea, and coffee, but what draws the crowd here is the marvelous creations made from black sesame milk bread. Both sweet and savory toast dishes are available, with options such as Egg Salad with Kimchi Pesto and Taco Pig Carnitas as well as plenty of delightful desserts made from fruits, cinnamon, ice cream and, of course, toast.
A funky atmosphere and a chic decor make the Green Onion a cool spot to find yourself, but the exquisitely prepared food and drink menu make it a great place to eat. The Green Onion offers a wide variety of food options, even vegetarian dishes for the herbivores and a delightful Sunday brunch equipped with mimosas and sangria.
