In 1949, Jay Adolph and Henriette Olsen opened the original PICK-QUICK Drive In, offering grilled burgers, fresh fries, and creamy milkshakes to the Fife area. PICK-QUICK has remained in business for more than 65 years with a menu similar to the one that the Olsen's originally established in 1949, and that tradition is now available in the Seattle area.
Relish Burger Bistro, as its name suggest, specializes in hamburgers. Its stylish dining room has curved walls and passages with trendy window frames and a contemporary ambience. It has separate menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy hours and children.
