We are not authentic Thai food, nor any Thai restaurants here in America. Why? We don’t have all of the ingredients like we do in Thailand. But who are we? We’re just passionate people who love food and love to share great food like how we would cook back at home. We understand that not everyone have the same palate, and in no means we would expect everyone to love our food. We appreciate all the amazing comments and reviews. We would also appreciate our dear customers to send us private message on anything you think we need to improve on. “Chim” in Thai means to try and taste.” Chim Thai Street Food is the taste of Thai street food. Because who doesn’t love street food? Street foods are moms and pops making a living, cooking food base on their palates. What does your reviews mean to us? It means that we can stay in business. It means that we won’t lose all of the savings we used to invest into our business. It means that our team can feed our families. It means we can send money back at home to help our families. It means we can pay our debts. And it means the world to us. So thank you, you all mean everything to us.
