Shabuya
Our traditional Japanese Shabu Shabu hot pot is healthy, hearty, and satisfying. At Shabuya we pride our self as a "Traditional" Shabu-shabu establishment. We specialize in a much healthier style of Shabu-shabu dining, relying on the natural tastes of the meats and vegetables to accent each other in the pot. Slightly improving and tweaking the original sauces, we have developed into a Shabu-shabu restaurant which is not only authentic and nostalgic but also adventurous.
Although the exterior of this eatery is plain and somewhat worn, it has grown to be a favorite over the years of those who can appreciate creative Asian dishes and yummy vegetarian specialties. The menu mainly consists of traditional Northern Chinese dishes, but unexpected selections like Thai-inspired deep-fried whole pepper salted pomfret fish and Taiwanese fried sweet bread make this award-winning restaurant a keeper.
Fook Lam
We are authentic Chinese style skewers restaurant as the first one serving in Aloha State.
Due to a large Chinese population, the food in Chinatown restaurants is both authentic and delicious. This Chinatown restaurant is one of the best Dim Sum places in the islands. You can feast on all kinds of seafood and meat dishes at reasonable prices. A recommendation for dinner: Seafood with Shiitake Mushrooms and Scallops. This place is brightly lit with Cantonese-style decor, with animated Chinese conversations resounding from just about every table.
Dowon specializes in Black Bean Noodles (jajamyun) Spicy Seafood (jangbong) and Sweet Sour Pork/Beef
