Paleteria Michoacana de Paquime is an authentic Mexican ice cream shop where dozens and dozens of flavors of popsicles and ice cream are offered at inexpensive prices. Try tamarind, tres leches, mango with chile, or take a gamble on a fruit you've never heard of. If the selection is too unfamiliar and overwhelming, you can try asking the staff questions, although some of them are not bilingual. Paleteria Michoacana de Paquime is housed in a bright yellow building, painted with tantalizing depictions of the goodies available inside, making it impossible to miss. There is an additional location on the Westside.
Final Proof Bakery, located in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, New Mexico, elevates your celebrations with handcrafted cakes, breads, and pastries. Specializing in whimsical cake push pops and unique sourdough flavors, they also offer the beloved apple fritters from the former Doughboys Bake Shoppe.
Delicious Italian espressos, homemade gelatos, from scratch soup of the day, sandwiches and fine Chinese and domestic teas. We have local flavors like piñon gelato and cookies, prickly pear gelato, Mexican hot chocolate, red chili mocha lattes, green chili stew and posole, navajo tea, biscochito cupcakes, and New Mexico kombucha. You’ll also find prickly pear jam and lavender syrup, made right at the cafe.
